LYT BASIC

Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to improve balance, flexibility, and mobility, LYT Basic offers a slower, intentional flow that builds core strength and enhances stability. You'll learn how to activate your glutes, engage your core, and move with greater awareness to support better posture and alignment. Expect gentle up-and-down movements at a foundational level, leaving you feeling strong, steady, and more connected to your body.

LYT POWER

LYT Power is a high-energy, sweat-inducing flow designed to ignite your core. This dynamic and intelligently sequenced class challenges both mind and body, incorporating powerful transitions, controlled mobility, and endurance-driven movements. Expect to push your limits, break a sweat, and leave feeling energized, resilient, and ready to take on anything.

BLISS

Experience pure BLISS—a unique blend of dynamic stretching, fascia release, and movement designed to enhance mobility and release tension.

Perfect for those days when you want to move but need to keep the energy low and release stress.

BLISS includes 10-15 minutes of fascia release, using RAD rollers, balls, and other props to target specific body regions.

It's your Goldilocks moment: not too intense, not too slow—just right for cultivating that low-key loveliness your body craves.

SCULPT

Get ready to move, sweat, and feel the burn in this high-energy class!

We start with deep core activation to fire up your center, then flow into dynamic, muscle-sculpting movements inspired by yoga and Pilates—all built on our signature LYT Blueprint for safe, smart, and powerful movement.

Using dumbbells, resistance bands, and other strength-building equipment, you’ll challenge your body in new ways while moving to upbeat, energizing music that keeps the momentum going. Expect innovative sequences, muscle-burning intensity, and non-stop fun that will leave you feeling strong, sweaty, and unstoppable!
