Ideal for those new to yoga, this class offers a gradual pace, emphasizing core strengthening and enhanced breath control through precise posture alignment.
Minimizing up and down movements, and with a reduced focus on challenging poses like chaturangas, it provides a supportive environment for beginners to build a solid foundation in their practice.
LYT-POWER
Work your deep core and improve your posture in our dynamic power flow designed to heat you from the inside out. Using a flow created by a physical therapist, you will connect with your body by moving in all 3 dimensions.
There are up and down movements, occasional plyometrics, chaturangas and single leg balance work.
