YOGA ASANA
classes for beginner to advanced students
BASIC
​
Great for beginners. Slower movements and alignment tips to help you understand the principles and techniques of yoga.
YIN YOGA &
RESTORATIVE YOGA
​
These classes target areas that hold tension/stress: hips, pelvis, inner thighs and lower spine. Poses are held for up to 5 minutes, with the aid of props, to help soften the muscles and loosen the surrounding connective tissue.
INTERMEDIATE
​
A moderate-intensity Vinyasa-style class that flows one pose into another. Poses are presented with options and modifications for various levels.
POWER
​
Build heat from within, in this powerful flowing class that links breath and movement. Each class includes sun salutations, standing poses, hip- openers, balancing poses, forward and back-bending poses and inversions.

LYT​ CLASSES
A physical therapy approach to yoga. In each class you will:

strengthen your deep core to improve stabilization
-
stimulate neuro-pathways to improve body adaptability
-
learn new movement patterns to improve body awareness and balance.

SCULPT​
​
Use yoga alignment principles and combine them with resistance training using weights to improve joint function, bone density, and muscle strength. Towards the end of class there will be high intensity cardio bursts that will leave you feeling energized for the rest of your day!
MEDITATION

BREATHE, MOVE & MEDITATE

We'll spend the first half of class moving and stretching followed by led pranayama (breath work) and meditation. Be guided to develop your meditation practice.

This wonderful class is specifically for teenagers and young adults on the spectrum. Ann Heckler will teach you the basics of yoga. Come and experience all the benefits this practice has for you.

Qigong is the alignment of movement, focus, and breath in order to enhance wellness, health, and longevity. Gentle, yet powerful, the practice of Qigong optimizes energy, increases functional movement, and provides a meditative foundation for body awareness.
